Is this emergency care?

CloseBy arranges routine home visits. For an emergency, contact local emergency services first. If a clinician sees serious risk during a visit, CloseBy escalates it straight away and points your family to the right emergency care.

How do I know the clinician is trustworthy?

Every clinician passes identity and liveness verification, a licence check with the MDCN or NMCN, and reference checks before visiting any home. Every visit is confirmed by GPS and a call to your parent, and a senior clinician reviews every report.

Where does my money go?

You pay CloseBy in pounds through a secure payment partner. CloseBy pays the clinician once your parent's visit is confirmed complete. Prices stay the same whatever the exchange rate does.

What does my parent need to do?

Be home. We call them first to explain who is coming and when, and we handle everything by phone call or WhatsApp.

Who sees the report?

You receive the authorised summary, care plan and next steps. Your parent decides what is shared, and we agree that with them before the visit.
